
Remember what you’re mom always used to say?? You ARE who you hang around with?? The “Birds of a Feather” speech??
If you are surrounded by unhealthy people you will BECOME unhealthy.
If you surround yourself by those who eat everything and anything…. you will too.
If you surround yourself around negative people, you WILL become negative.
If you surround yourself with people who work HARD, EXERCISE HARD, and live life to it’s fullest, you will catch onto their energy and stat changing your sloppy, unhealthy, lazy behavior. If they are weak, and you have very bad habits, and eat nothing but junk junk junk, all the time… they will…eventually…. adapt to YOURS!

“Well I’m here to tell you while I eat this bowl of melted chocolate and crackers that fitness models such as myself have the same melt downs as everyone else. We worry about the new zit on our face we stress about our body fat percentage. Sometimes we really go wrong with everything and let it go for a season. Here’s the thing, facebook and media have blown up fitness models to be more than ordinary.
The truth is fitness models are more like you than you think. They most often have come to some realization that they love bad food, that they will get fat fast if they don’t do anything about it. Many,even have genes that work against them. The last is me, I have a very slow metabolism and have to be very careful what I eat and drink. I know you would never know it. But after all the chocolate I just ate I’m definitely going to have to work it off for the next couple of days. The only real difference between you and a fitness model is the determination level. That’s right, they are absolutely determined to stay in shape. They will go to great lengths including the jobs or careers they pick, their pick in relationships and social gatherings. You very rarely find a fitness model with too many over weight friends or better half’s. The reason being, that they don’t want anything around them that might effect their determination. Now it’s important not to get confused by what I am saying. I’m not saying to cut out your over weight friends or family. All I am asking you to ask yourself is how determined are you and what steps do you need to take today to find a healthier you?? I also want you to know that fitness models were not born they were created over time. Now I need to get to the nearest StairMaster stat!!!”- Claire Ray
