I love to cook. When I’m on a strict diet and trying to build muscle, cooking at home is one way I can experience the pleasures of food without actually eating outside my diet. This is one such recipe that I have cooked recently and I’d like to share it with you here. It’s a good high-carb meal you can use whether your dieting or not.
MyoFusion Apple Pie has no sugar (aside from what comes naturally in the apples) and lots of good Gaspari protein. You can also choose to substitute flower for protein.
Here’s what you need
2 scoops MyoFusion Protein(72 grams), I use Banana, but you can try any flavor
1 cup dry oatmeal(105-110 grams)
4 whole large eggs
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Distilled White Vinegar
3-4 Large Red Delicious Apples
Heat your oven to 350 degrees(F).
Thoroughly mix MyoFusion, oatmeal and eggs in a large bowl.
Core and cut up apples into small pieces.
Thinly coat the surface of a 9 inch round baking pan with a non-fat cooking spray.
Dust the pan with a thin layer of dry oatmeal.
Add the apples in an even layer to fill the pan.
Thoroughly mix the Baking Soda and Vinegar into the MyoFusion/Oatmeal/Egg mixture.
Pour this mixture over the apples to just cover them.
Put the pan into the pre-heated oven and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy! (with ice cream if you dare!)
Let me know if it works for your training diet…or just for dessert.
