Recipe: Beef Rolls
Lean Beef Sirloin 1lbs
Bean Sprouts 1/2 cup
Red Peppers 1/2 cup
Portobello Mushroom 10 oz
Salt For taste
Pepper For Taste
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Cook the beef by rubbing olive oil all over it. Eat olive oil in skillet, medium-high heat.add the beef and cook for about 10 minutes.
Then in another skillet, saute your mushrooms, peppers and bean sprout with a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper.
Roll your beef:
Slice your meat has thin has possible. Place each slice between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and pound your meat until paper thin.
Take one slice of meat and place of flat surface. Place some of your sauteed veggies on the very end of the sliced meat, the closest to you, and start to roll tightly. Repeat the same thing with every slice of sirloin.
Sprinkle with low fat cheese, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
